Im Preis inklusive: Wäsche, Wasser-, Strom- und Gasverbrauch, Endreinigung, Schwimmbadbenutzung, Parplatz, Steuer, WLan bis 5 GB pro Tag per Wohnung.

wir bieten verschiedenen Preisen je nach Belegung. Haben Sie daher
Verständnis, wenn die nicht ausgewählten/benutzten Schlafräume zugeschlossen werden.
Kinderreisebett: kostenlos. Nur 1 zur Verfügung. Bitte bei Buchung danach fragen!
Haustiere: sind bei uns willkommen! 5,- € pro Tag / 30,- € die Woche.
Heizungskosten:Im Winter (gesetzlich möglich ab 01. November und bis 08. April) und je nach Bedarf werden die Kosten nach Verbrauch gerechnet und vor Ort bezahlt. Der Preis wird beim Lesen des Gaszählers bei Ankunft und Abreise bei 4,50 € pro Kubikmeter berechnet. Holzstücke für Kamin stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
An- und Abreisetag nach Absprache. Im Sommer möglichst Samstags.
N.B.: mindestens Aufenthalt in Juli und August 7 Nächte / sonst 3 Nächte
Schwimmbad: offen vom ca Mitte Mai bis Ende September/Anfang Oktober. Änderungen sind möglich je nach Wetterkonditionen des Jahres.

Bei der Buchung verlangen wir eine 20% Anzahlung. Der Rest des Mietpreises kann 3 Tage vor der Ankunft per Banküberweisung oder vor Ort via Paypal oder bar geregelt werden.

prezzi e condizioni
- I prezzi comprendono: Biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, consumi di acqua, luce e gas per cucinare, pulizia finale, Tasse, uso delle attrezzature (parcheggio, piscina, barbecue e uso lavatrice), WiFi fino a 5 GB al giorno per appartamento.Attenzione: offriamo diverse fasce di prezzo secondo il numero degli ospiti/camere occupate. Vi preghiamo quindi di comprendere se troverete chiuse le camere da voi non richieste.
- Lettino da bambini: gratuito. Solo 1 a disposizione:Animali domestici: sono i benvenuti! 5,- € al giorno / 30,- € a settimana.
- Riscaldamento: Nei periodi freddi e nei tempi consentiti dalla legge (1. Nov. 08 Aprile)- se richiesto o necessario riscaldamento - verrá conteggiato effettivo consumo e pagato separatamente. La lettura del contatore verrá effettuata al momento della richiesta e alla partenza, il prezzo applicato sará di 4,50 € per metro cubo. La legna per il camino é a vostra disposizione gratuitamente.
- Arrivi e partenze: possibili ogni giorno della settimana. In Luglio e Agosto preferibilmente di sabato.
- N.B.: soggiorno minimo in luglio e agosto 7 notti / in altri periodi 3 notti
Piscina: non riscaldata. Aperta da metá maggio a fine settembre/inizio ottobre. Possibili variazioni in base al clima dell'annodi riferimento.
Pagamento: Al momento della prenotazione viene richiesto il versamento di un anticipo pari al 20%.

pricelist and conditions
Price includes: Taxes, utilities (Gas consumption for heating extra: see below), bed cloths, kitchen cloths, towels (3 pieces p/P changed on weekly basis), use of the facilities (pool, parking, washing machine, barbecue), WiFi up to 5 GB per day.
Please note: we offer diverse price levels according the number of guests. The not useded/needed bedrooms will be closed up.
Baby bed and high chair: we have 1 piece and it is for free. Please ask for it when booking.
Pets: are welcome! 1 pet 5,- € per day / 30,- € per week.
Heating: In winter (according to the law from 01st November to 08th April) and if it is needed: pay for consumption. The gas meter stand will be noted down on check in day or when heating is required and by check out. The applied cost is 4,50 € per cubic meter.
Wood for fireplaces is for free.
Please note: minim. stay in July and august 7 nights. Other periods: 3 nights.
