Die Wohnung Giulia entwickelt sich auch auf 2 Ebene. Im Erdgeschoss geht der Haupteingang direkt in das mit 2 Sofas und TV ausgestatteten Wohnzimmer. Daneben befindet sich das Esszimmer mit Kamin und einem Tisch für 8 Personen. Hier im EG befindet sich auch ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Tageslicht.
Die Küche verfügt über eine Glastür, die auf eine mit cotto verflieste Terrasse geht. Die Küche geht direkt in den Garten und ist mit Kochfeld mit Gasherd, elektrischen Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe sind für mehr als 8 Personen vorhanden.

Eine schöne moderne Treppe aus Holz und Eisen führt nach oben. Im oberen Geschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 komplettes Badezimmer mit Tageslicht und Waschmaschine.

The Apartment Giulia stretches on 2 levels. On the ground floor the main door opens into a large sitting room with 2 couches and TV. Next it is to find the dining room with its beautiful stone fireplace and a large table which can comfortably seats up to 8 people.
The kitchen offers the usual comforts: cooking area with 4 gas hobs, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. Cutlery, pottery and glasses are sufficient for more than 8 people. A French door opens on a terrace with cotto tiles with a stairs that leads in the garden.

On the ground floor there is a complete bathroom. A beautiful modern wooden/iron stair leads to the upper Level. Here there are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom) and 1 day-light-bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine.

L' appartamento Giulia si sviluppa su 2 piani. Al piano terra l'entrata indipendente si apre su uno spazioso soggiorno con 2 divani e TV, attigua zona pranzo con tavolo comodo per 8 persone, bagno finestrato completo di doccia e cucina.
La cucina si apre con porta finestra direttamente su una piccola terrazza in cotto con una Scala che conduce in giardino. A disposizione tutti i confort: piano cottura a 4 fuochi, frigorifero con cella freezer, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffé. Stoviglie, piatti, posateria e bicchieri sono presenti in quantitá sufficiente per 8 persone. Una moderna scala in legno e Ferro conduce al piano superiore dove si trovano 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno completo finestrato a doccia completo anche di lavatrice.

Von Eingang betret man ein grosses Eingangsraum wo sich die Türe der Küche, kleines Badeszimmer im EG und Esszimmer öffnen.

Stanza di entrata. Qui si aprono le Porte della cucina, del bagno al pianto terra e in open space il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo.

Das Wohnzimmer ist ein sehr heller Raum dank den großen Fenster auf der linken Seite und der Glastür auf der rechten Seite.

The living room is a very big and luminous space thanks to the long windows

Il soggiorno é uno spazio ampio e molto luminoso grazie alle grandi finestre

Die Küche ist ebenfalls hier eine gemauerte und geflieste Einbauküche. Hier sind aber die Türschränke dunkelbraun gebeizt und klarlackiert.

The kitchen is the typical Tuscan country one with tiles and wooden front.

La cucina é il modello tipico rustico toscano in muratura e con sportelli in legno scuro.

Die Glastür geht zum Garten mit Sitzplatz. Der Raum hat genug Platz für einen Holztisch mit Marmorplatte, die besonders geeignet für Essenzubereitung ist.

The French door opens to the garden. The room is big enough for a table with marble surface, partucularly practical when cooking.

La porta finestra della cucina si apre sul giardino. La cucina é abbastanza ampia anche per un tavolo centrale con piano in marmo, molto pratico per cucinare.

Badezimmer EG

Das Badezimmer im EG ist klein aber komplett: Duschkabine, bidet, Toilette, Waschbecken und Fenster für Tageslicht und Belüftung.

The bathroom on the ground floor is not that big but fully equipped with shower and window for daylight and fresh air.

Il bagno al pianoterra non é grandissimo ma completo di doccia e finestrato per luce diurna e ricambio d'aria.

Aus dem Wohnzimmer führt eine moderne Stahl-Holztreppe nach oben....
